We’re looking for a seriously skilled Chinese Chef who understands flavour, wok control, sauces, consistency, speed and presentation.

For us, salary is not the deciding factor — skill is.

If your food can speak for itself, we’re ready to pay for it.

We want someone who can deliver:

- Chinese & Asian cooking
- Excellent wok skills
- Consistent taste every single time
- Proper knowledge of sauces, stocks & prep
- Clean, disciplined kitchen execution
- Ability to handle a premium café/restaurant setup

We are not looking for the cheapest chef.
We are looking for the right chef.
