We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Assist with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain sales activity records.
- Learn the complete B2B IT sales and business development process.

Requirements:

- Freshers/0–1 year experience are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email, and internet research.
- Strong willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with outreach activities.
