Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced travel professional to manage end-to-end quotation preparation, itinerary design, and B2B proposal development for overseas tour operators. The ideal candidate will bring strong destination and product knowledge along with proven experience in international B2B coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- FIT / GIT Quotations based on client and partner requirements
- Design detailed, well-structured itineraries tailored to client needs and destination offerings
- Develop skilled,



client-ready travel proposals.
- Liaise and coordinate with overseas tour operators, ensuring their requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.
- knowledge of destinations, hotels, and routing options.

Key Skills

- Strong destination and product knowledge (hotels, transfers, sightseeing, routing)
- Costing and quotation accuracy
- Itinerary planning and customization
- Negotiation skills (with hoteliers, and vendors)
- Time management — handling multiple proposals/deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail in pricing, terms, and documentation
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
