What You'll Do

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and present Nazariya's branding, marketing, and creative services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Keep CRM and sales records organised and up to date.

What We're Looking For





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Confidence in reaching out to new clients and building relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, or agency/client servicing is preferred.
- Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, or creative services is a plus.
