1. HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Maintain employee master data, personnel files, HR records, and HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation of all employee-related activities.
- Prepare HR MIS and management reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, leave, recruitment, etc.
2. Payroll Management
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Review payroll calculations and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
- Manage employee salary structures, revisions, deductions, and full-and-final settlements.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of salary slips.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data.
- Coordinate payroll-related queries and resolve employee concerns.
3. HR Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus,
and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and payments.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, government authorities, and external agencies when required.
- Monitor changes in employment and labor legislation and ensure timely implementation of applicable requirements.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks and identify gaps or risks.
- Support internal and external HR/statutory audits and ensure closure of compliance observations.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office support services.
- Manage vendors, contractors, AMC/service agreements, and external service providers.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
- Monitor administrative expenses and support budget management.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, security, and discipline.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, transportation, travel, accommodation, and other administrative arrangements.
- Maintain administrative contracts, licenses, records, and documentation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
