Job Description

We are looking for a CASA Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Business/Corporate Current Accounts, account opening, and banking documentation.

The role involves working with Dubai/UAE-based business clients and managing the complete account-opening process, including client calling, sales, KYC/documentation, system processing, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Business/Corporate Current Account acquisition for Dubai/UAE clients.
- Make outbound calls to business owners, companies, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant business banking solutions.
- Generate leads, handle enquiries, and convert prospects into account-opening cases.
- Collect, verify, and process KYC and business/company documentation.
- Handle system login, application entry, document uploading, and application processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for verification and processing.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, application updates, and account activation.
- Maintain accurate client and application records in CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned sales and account-opening targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 Months – 2 Years of relevant experience in CASA,



Business Banking, Current Account, Corporate Banking, Banking Sales, or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience in Business/Corporate Current Account handling and account opening is required.
- Previous experience in KYC, banking documentation, and application processing.
- Experience in client calling, sales, and follow-up.
- Comfortable working with banking systems, portals, and CRM.
- Good understanding of business/company account documentation.
- Strong English communication and client-handling skills.
- Candidates with UAE/Dubai banking or financial services experience will be preferred.
- Only candidates residing in Faridabad should apply.
- Freshers are not eligible.

Key

This is a Sales + Processing role, not a pure back-office position. Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in Business/Current Accounts, account opening, documentation, system processing, and client handling.

Candidates without relevant banking/business-account experience will not be considered.

Compensation

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
