Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and high-energy Area Sales Manager to independently own and grow the territory. This is a market-building role — you will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, developing a robust Architect/Dealer network across the region, and establishing Nanak Furnishers as a trusted name among key influencers in the premium building materials space.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and achieve the sales revenue target for the assigned territory/region
- Build and expand the Architect, Interior Designer, and Dealer network across the city/state
- Manage and support existing dealers while formulating strategies to grow sales of our premium wood-based building products through them
- Identify, onboard, and develop new dealer accounts to expand territory coverage
- Build trust and long-term relationships with key influencers — Architects, Interior Designers, HNI clients, Builders, and Dealers
- Conduct regular dealer visits on a periodic basis to review performance and drive secondary sales
- Visit construction sites and project locations to engage directly with Architects, Interior Designers, HNI clients, and Builders
- Deliver product presentations and showcase samples to retail clients, builders,



architects, and dealers
- Track territory performance, competitor activity, and market trends; report regularly to the Regional/Zonal Sales Head
- Plan and execute local marketing/branding initiatives (dealer meets, architect meets, site branding) in coordination with the marketing team

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in architectural/building products, interior products, or allied categories (flooring, decking, panels, etc.)
- Prior experience managing dealer networks and driving secondary sales
- Established or demonstrable exposure to building relationships with Architects, HNI clients, and Interior Designers
- Confident, articulate, and persuasive communication skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of mensuration and area calculation (for site measurements and quotations)
- Tech-savvy — comfortable operating a computer, smartphone, and basic sales/CRM tools
- Willing to travel extensively within Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Dehradun, Haldwani and undertake outstation travel as required.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a smartphone
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in client-facing interactions

Experience & Qualification

- Graduate
- Experience in channel/B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a territory/area-owning role
- Experience in furnishing, flooring, building materials, or interior product industry strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
