Position: Assistant Manager – Logistics (Outward)
Location: Indore / Dewas / Dhule
Experience: 6 - 12 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end outward logistics and dispatch operations.
- Plan daily dispatches and ensure timely vehicle placement & delivery.
- Manage transporters, fleet, routes, and vehicle utilization.
- Handle freight negotiation, rate finalization & ARC management.
- Monitor freight costs and drive cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Warehouse & Commercial teams.
- Manage PAN India distribution and finished-goods movement.
- Prepare Logistics MIS, KPIs and dispatch reports.
- Handle TMS, SAP/ERP, FMS and transit reconciliation.




- Lead the logistics team and ensure SOP & compliance adherence.
