Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced L3 Enterprise Storage Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of NetApp storage infrastructure and VEEAM backup operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership capability, and excellent communication skills to act as a front-facing representative to the client.

Key Responsibilities

Own L3-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for NetApp storage and VEEAM backup environments.

Lead, mentor, and guide the storage team on daily operations, escalations, and complex change activities.

Identify automation, optimization, and process improvement opportunities.

Drive solutions to streamline storage provisioning, capacity management, and backup/recovery processes.

Monitor and manage storage health, performance, and capacity using AIQ Unified Manager and related tooling.

Design, implement, and validate backup and recovery strategies using VEEAM.

Participate in and lead rotational shift coverage, including on-call support for critical incidents.

Prepare technical documentation, RCAs, and status updates.





Represent the storage function in client-facing discussions, project reviews, and governance calls.

Maintain operational support and work on tickets to maintain SLA.

Must-Have Technical Skills

NetApp Storage – strong hands-on L3 experience across configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning.

VEEAM Backup & Replication – hands-on experience with enterprise backup jobs and recovery scenarios.

AIQ Unified Manager – monitoring, reporting, and proactive issue identification.

SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.

LUN/volume creation, expansion, deletion, and storage usage monitoring.

Backup, replication, and disaster recovery.

Storage capacity and performance monitoring and tuning.

Capacity and License Management.

Storage troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Storage security and data protection.

Storage documentation and configuration management.

NetApp and HP Primera storage devices.

Strong experience in Storage LUN configuration in VMware.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
