Job Title: Hotel Booking Executive - Operation

Location: Goregaon

Job Description:

Ø Doing Bookings on online portals.

Ø Handle customer query and booking for exotic destinations

Ø Preparation of Destination proposals with direct negotiation with suppliers & various partners for competitive pricing. Handling & supervising key operations of the file with constant liaising with corporate, supplier and the internal team for a smooth process flow.

Ø Interacting with Clients, Hoteliers & Suppliers.

Ø Handling all the domestic & international hotel properties in terms of inventories & rates

Ø Handling FIT & Family Group Series

Ø Handle Group Packages for Corporates.

Ø Making Proper Itinerary, Planning Tour Packages.





Ø Handling inbound clients & preparing whole plan for them from start to end

Ø Can negotiate for better rates from local supplier

Ø Foreign Exchange Coordination

Ø Create travel products based upon current market requirements, consumer preference, Local Holidays, Travel preference etc.

Job Highlights

Minimum 2-4 yrs of exp in backend hotels Fulfilment division.

Excellent communication & customer service skills.

Valuable working knowledge of hotel terminology etc.

Candidate must be Graduate

Candidate preferred form western line

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
