Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely, empathetic assistance to customers via email, chat, and/or phone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools (training provided).
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Solid written and verbal English proficiency.
- Access to a reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet.
- Ability to work night shifts (IST) to align with U.S. business hours.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus,



but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
