About SeedWill Consulting

SeedWill Consulting is a real estate development company focused on creating premium farm villa and plotted development projects in Goa. We are looking for a Procurement Officer who can build and manage a strong network of consultants, contractors, and project-related vendors required across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage consultants, contractors, and vendors for real estate development projects.
- Source and coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, surveyors, soil testing agencies, liaison consultants, landscape consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct vendor due diligence, reference checks, and commercial evaluations.
- Prepare comparative statements, negotiate commercial terms, and support vendor finalization.
- Coordinate with project, design, legal, finance, and development teams for timely vendor appointments.
- Maintain procurement documentation, agreements,



work orders, and vendor databases.
- Track market rates, benchmark costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Requirements

- 5+ years of procurement/vendor management experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Project Development.
- Strong understanding of project development and construction processes.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project development vendors.
- Robust negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Goa market exposure and vendor network will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Real Estate Developers, Construction Companies, PMCs, Architecture Firms, or Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

CTC: ₹5–7.5 LPA + Performance Incentives
