Role Description
We are looking for a skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer & Walkthrough Artist on a freelance basis. The role involves creating accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, developing photorealistic exterior and interior renders, and producing premium 3D walkthrough videos for real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle the complete workflow from architectural drawings → 3D modelling → realistic rendering → walkthrough animation, while maintaining accuracy to the original design.

Requirements





- Experience in architectural 3D modelling and visualization.
- Ability to work from plans, elevations and architectural drawings.
- Strong skills in photorealistic rendering and 3D walkthroughs.
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Lumion, D5 Render, V-Ray, Corona or similar software.
- Good understanding of materials, lighting, camera movement and architectural details.
- Real estate/architectural visualization experience preferred.
- Portfolio of previous 3D modelling, rendering and walkthrough projects required.

Compensation
₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and project scope. Walkthrough videos are charged at ₹3,000–₹5,000 per video.
