We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team on a long-term basis, building and scaling multiple web-based products. You’ll work hands-on across the full stack, using modern AI-assisted development tools — Cursor and Claude Code — as a core part of your daily workflow to move faster while retaining full ownership of code quality, architecture, and correctness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end feature development across backend, frontend, and database layers for multiple products.
- Design scalable REST APIs, relational database schemas, and clean system architecture.
- Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development, refactoring, and testing — while owning code quality and correctness.
- Translate product requirements into working, well-tested software in close collaboration with product/project leads.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed (payments, messaging, etc.)
- Write maintainable, documented code and participate in code review.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years professional experience as a full-stack developer shipping production web applications.




- Robust proficiency in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack (Node.js/React or similar).
- Solid relational database design experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with REST API design and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) — or strong eagerness to adopt this workflow.
- Ability to work independently, own features end-to-end, and communicate clearly.

Nice to Have

- Experience across multiple product domains or fast-paced startup environments.
- Experience with POS, billing, inventory, or e-commerce systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small technical initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
