Looking for an experienced Senior OPT Recruiter to join our team
Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Preference: Immediate Joiners
What You’ll Do:
Recruit OPT, H1B, GC & H4 EAD candidates
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
Handle candidate marketing and interview coordination
Post job requirements across Dice and other job portals
Negotiate rates and assist with onboarding
Collaborate with Sales and Bench Sales teams
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / OPT Recruitment
Strong knowledge of OPT, H1B Transfers, Bench Sales & W2 Recruitment
Hands-on experience with Dice and other job portals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook
Comfortable working US night shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
