Job Summary

We are looking for Store Executives to manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventory (PI).
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement and identification.

Material Inward

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against supporting documents.
- Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) activities.
- Ensure proper labeling and barcode management of received materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for receipt-related issues.

Material Outward & Dispatch

- Process dispatches as per approved orders.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of materials.
- Prepare dispatch documentation and maintain records.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.

Return Material Management

- Handle inward and outward movement of return materials.
- Manage barcode scanning and tracking of returned products.
- Ensure proper segregation and documentation of return stock.





Warehouse Operations

- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials.
- Support audit activities and inventory reconciliation.
- Follow company SOPs and compliance requirements.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily inventory and dispatch reports.
- Maintain inward, outward, and stock movement records.
- Report operational issues and stock variances to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience with barcode scanning and inventory software/ERP /SAP systems.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily operational activities.
- Experience in inventory control, dispatch management, and stock audits.

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
