Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Review the team's work to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Lead data analysis and reporting projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Analyse complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Present insights, dashboards, and reports to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
- Establish best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.




- Conduct regular team reviews and support the professional development of Data Analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals through data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Previous experience leading or managing a team of Data Analysts.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and dashboard development.
- Robust understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data visualisation.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Pay: ₹305,491.16 - ₹1,311,636.95 per year
