Job Description – Node.js Backend Developer

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh – Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and TypeScript to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong API, database, cloud, and architecture fundamentals, with an interest in modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js/NestJS.
- Build robust REST APIs with authentication, authorization, validation, pagination, and error handling.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB and ORMs such as Prisma/TypeORM/Sequelize.
- Implement Redis caching, sessions, rate limiting, and messaging using RabbitMQ/Kafka/SQS.
- Develop real-time functionality using WebSockets/Socket.IO where required.
- Contribute to system architecture, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and production support.
- Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Required Skills

- Strong Node.js + TypeScript expertise.
- Deep experience with Express.js or NestJS.
- Strong REST API and backend architecture knowledge.
- Good PostgreSQL/SQL skills and database relationship concepts.
- Working knowledge of Redis, messaging systems, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth2, and RBAC.

Good to Have





- Experience with RAG pipelines and AI-integrated applications.
- Exposure to MCP Servers, Agentic AI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Docker/Kubernetes exposure.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on backend engineer with strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and excellent communication abilities who can independently take features from design → development → testing → deployment.
