- Manage day-to-day hospital facility operations and infrastructure.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, waste management, and other facility services.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper upkeep of all hospital areas.
- Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and other repairs.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and monitor their performance.
- Maintain records of AMC, equipment maintenance, facility-related complaints and service reports.
- Ensure proper availability of essential facility supplies and consumables.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and identify safety or maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with departments during breakdowns, emergencies and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, fire safety, biomedical waste management and NABH requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
