We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our multidisciplinary child-development team.

Qualification

- B.Ed. / D.Ed. in Special Education / related qualification.
- RCI Registration preferred/required
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, Developmental Delay and Intellectual Disability will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong interest in paediatric special education may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individualized educational intervention
- Prepare and implement IEP-based goals
- Work on academic readiness, pre-academic skills and functional learning
- Develop communication, social and classroom-readiness skills
- Support children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and developmental delays




- Maintain session records and progress documentation
- Conduct parent guidance and home-program training
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Behaviour Therapists
