The role

One person, end-to-end ownership of the content engine: what gets made, why it gets made, and whether it worked — across blog, social media, email, and everything in between (product pages, campaign copy, broadcast messages, reel scripts).

You'll use AI as your production team and your judgment as the product. This is not a content-mill job ("4 articles a week, 1,500 words each"), and it's not a prompt-and-paste job either. AI drafts fast; you make it accurate, on-brand, and worth reading. The bar: nothing goes live that you wouldn't put your own name on.

You'll work directly with the founder. Small team, zero bureaucracy, full visibility into what your content actually sells.

This is a fully remote role — work from anywhere in India.

What you'll own

- The calendar. A monthly content plan across blog, social and email — built around what customers actually search for, the festive season (Diwali is our Super Bowl), and product launches.
- Research → briefs. Topic and keyword research turned into sharp briefs: who it's for, what it must answer, which products it naturally features.
- Writing with AI. Long-form articles, social captions and carousels, email campaigns and newsletters — AI-drafted, human-finished. You own voice, accuracy and taste.
- Repurposing. One flagship article becomes a carousel, a reel script, an email section and three pins. Nothing gets published once.
- Fact discipline. Every claim about materials,



safety and product specs is verified before publishing. Hallucinating is the model's job to attempt and yours to catch.
- Measurement. You'll see which articles, posts and emails drive traffic and orders — and you'll be expected to double down and kill accordingly.

You're a fit if

- Your written English is excellent, and you can write natural Hinglish for social when the post calls for it.
- You already use AI tools daily for real work — and can show your process, not just your outputs.
- You know SEO fundamentals: search intent, on-page basics, and how discovery is shifting toward AI assistants.
- You have taste. You can tell AI slop from good writing, and you know how to fix the former.
- You're genuinely interested in homes, interiors and design — you'll be living in this world.

Canva or basic design ability · reel scripting · email marketing exposure · analytics basics · an eye for photography.

This role is NOT

- A community-management job (you won't be answering DMs all day).
- A paste-whatever-the-model-said job.
- A volume game. We'd rather publish six excellent things a month than thirty forgettable ones.
