Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional F&B; Executive to manage and oversee food and beverage services at a VIP private residence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality environments and be capable of delivering discreet, personalized, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily food and beverage operations at the VIP residence.
- Provide personalized and professional service to the VIP and guests.
- Coordinate meal services, private dinners, parties, and special events.
- Ensure proper table setup, food presentation, and service standards.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff regarding menus, meal timings, and special requests.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitor F&B; inventory, including crockery, cutlery, glassware, beverages, and other supplies.
- Assist with menu planning and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure smooth coordination between household staff, kitchen staff, and other service teams.




- Handle guest requests professionally while maintaining complete confidentiality and discretion.
- Supervise and guide junior F&B;/service staff when required.
- Ensure the dining and service areas are always maintained to luxury standards.
- Manage special occasions and formal dining arrangements as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of relevant F&B; experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience in fine dining, banquet service, private dining, or VIP service is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette.
- Ability to work with VIPs and high-profile guests with discretion.
- Solid attention to detail and service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Candidates with experience in private residences, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality will be preferred.

Pay: ₹52,589.78 - ₹61,055.73 per month
