MANDATORY: Minimum 2 years of REAL-TIME International Voice Process experience (US/UK/AU/Canada voice campaigns) is required. Candidates without genuine international voice process background will not be considered — please do not apply if you only have domestic voice, chat, back-office, or non-voice BPO experience.

About the Role
Advance Edge LLC / Expansure IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Global Intake Specialist for our US-based international voice process (Legal Intake). You'll be the first point of contact for US clients — collecting case details, conducting structured intake interviews, and guiding callers through a compliant intake process. This is a specialized voice role, not a general call center position — we need candidates who are already comfortable with live international calling.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients in real time
- Conduct detailed intake interviews — personal, case, and incident information
- Ask clear, targeted questions for accurate data collection
- Enter and update information in the case management system
- Assess basic case eligibility and route qualified cases to the legal team
- Handle sensitive, emotionally charged conversations with empathy
- Follow approved scripts and compliance procedures
- Maintain working knowledge of Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Medical Malpractice case types




- Meet quality, accuracy, and call performance metrics

What You MUST Have

- 2+ years of hands-on International Voice Process experience (US/UK/AU/Canada campaigns) — non-negotiable
- Neutral/near-neutral accent with excellent spoken English and pronunciation
- Proven experience taking live international calls (not chat/email/back-office support)
- Robust attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy
- Ability to handle high call volume without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working Night Shift / Overnight Shift (US hours) from our Banjara Hills office

Nice to Have

- Legal Intake, Law Firm, or Legal Process experience
- Familiarity with CRM/case management systems

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (In-person, Night Shift)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
