Job Summary

Role Summary: Looking for an SAP S/4HANA PPM Lead Consultant to support Neste AMS operations, enhancements and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on PPM configuration, integration knowledge across SAP and external systems, strong production support experience, and exposure to ServiceNow for incident handling, prioritization, root cause analysis and SLA-driven resolution.

- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap workshops and translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA PPM solution design.
- Design, configure and implement SAP Portfolio Management solutions, including Portfolio Structures, Buckets, Item Types, Item Templates and Decision Gates.
- Implement stage-gate processes from Idea or Proposal through Execution and Closure, aligned with portfolio approval and governance requirements.
- Configure Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals and Commitment Management processes in the PPM context.
- Configure Scoring Models, Questionnaires, Portfolio Reviews and Prioritization processes to support investment decision-making

Skill Requirements

Experience

- 8+ years of SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) experience,



including AMS, support, enhancements and rollout engagements.
- Minimum 2 years of domain/ project-based industry exposure preferably in Utilities, Energy, Oil & Gas.
- Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA PPM implementation with hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live support experience.
- Experience working in SAP S/4HANA workplace
- Experience in managing Investment projects & customer projects end to end scenario
- Experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, Service request management, and problem management.
- Exposure to ServiceNow for logging, triaging, prioritizing, updating and resolving incidents, service requests and changing tickets in an AMS support model.
- Good understanding of SLA adherence, incident ageing, escalation management, business communication and coordination with functional, technical and business teams & SAP team
