rpLex Techno is looking for experienced Telecalling Executives to join our team for a completely home-based, target-oriented position.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: +3 / Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any Telecalling field is highly mandatory.
- Freshers are NOT eligible for this vacancy.
- Candidates without prior telecalling experience are kindly requested not to apply.
- Languages: Fluent in Odia and Hindi.
- English: Candidate should be able to understand and write English.
- English speaking is not mandatory.
- Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

- 100% Work From Home
- No need to come to the office.
- You can perform your work completely from your home.
- This is a target-based job, but the targets are very nominal and easily achievable with minimum effort.
- Candidates should be comfortable making telephonic calls and following up with customers/leads.




- Previous experience in telecalling, customer calling, lead follow-up, sales calling, customer support calling, or similar work will be considered relevant.

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and overall suitability for the position.
