Job Summary

We are looking for a Plumbing Design Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in MEP services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of plumbing design, drawings, site coordination, and project execution for high-rise residential, commercial, hospital, and industrial projects.

The role will involve both plumbing design and commissioning, along with coordination with other MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop plumbing systems for high-rise residential, commercial, hospital, and industrial projects.
- Prepare detailed plumbing layouts and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater and other plumbing service drawings.
- Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and other MEP teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable plumbing standards and codes.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site teams for proper execution.
- Support plumbing system testing and commissioning.




- Identify site issues and provide technical solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, design documents and site-related documentation.
- Assist with environmental clearance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of plumbing design and MEP services.
- Understanding of plumbing standards, codes and design practices.
- Experience in site coordination and project execution.
- Knowledge of water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MEP/Plumbing Design.
