We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who is ready to take ownership of HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Compliance.

This role is ideal for an HR skilled who has moved beyond a recruitment-only profile and is confident in handling the complete employee lifecycle and maintaining structured HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
- Handle complete employee onboarding & offboarding
- Maintain employee records, HR files, HRMS data, and HR MIS
- Maintain documentation related to EPFO/PF, ESIC, Professional Tax & labour laws
- Coordinate with payroll teams and statutory consultants
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs in HRMS software
- Support HR policies, employee queries, and performance processes
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate, updated, and audit-ready

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles

✔ Strong hands-on recruitment experience

✔ Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory HR documentation

✔ Experience managing onboarding and offboarding





✔ Strong documentation and record-management skills

✔ Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & HRMS

✔ Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills

✔ Ability to work independently and take ownership

The right candidate should be a problem-solver, process-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility rather than waiting for instructions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
