Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists across the center.
- Ensure evidence-based assessment, treatment planning, and patient outcomes.
- Monitor daily therapy schedules, productivity, and quality of care.
- Conduct clinical audits and maintain documentation as per HCAH standards.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate therapy staff through regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and care coordinators for multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
- Handle complex patient cases and provide clinical guidance to the team.
- Ensure patient and caregiver education for home exercise and rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain compliance with NABH, infection control, and clinical protocols.
- Support business growth through community outreach, referrals, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
