Job Summary

Recruza Alliance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Insurance to lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing team performance, supporting customer acquisition, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

The Team Leader will play a key role in building a productive sales team, identifying business opportunities, coaching team members, and driving insurance sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new team members.
- Generate leads and support the team in converting prospects into customers.
- Guide team members on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to review targets, performance, and business activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Assist team members in handling customer queries, objections, and service-related concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and insurance regulations.
- Track sales activities, productivity, conversions, and other key performance indicators.




- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase team productivity.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and performance-driven team environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance, financial services, banking, or sales industry.
- Prior experience in a team handling or supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance sales and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
