About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely and as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Maintain records of materials, manpower, measurements, and site activities.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.




- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Assist in quantity measurements, billing, and checking contractor bills when required.

Requirements

- 6–20 years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Good manpower and contractor management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and construction standards.
- Languages - Kannada ( Highly Preferred) Hindi , English
