Job Summary

We are looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI/LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, System Design, APIs, Azure Cloud, and AI Solution Development.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering teams, and business users to design, develop, deploy, and integrate AI-powered solutions into enterprise environments. This role requires a combination of strong technical skills, solution architecture capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and LLM-powered solutions using Python.
- Build and implement AI Agents capable of automating complex business workflows.
- Develop effective prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
- Design scalable and reliable AI systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Azure and related cloud services.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI/GenAI solutions.
- Work directly with stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Develop and optimize RAG-based applications and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Evaluate LLM performance, reliability, accuracy, and overall solution effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams throughout solution delivery.
- Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using AI.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.




- Create technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and implementation plans.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solution engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM applications.
- Robust understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deployment initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, guardrails, embeddings, and model integration.
- Experience with Azure AI services and cloud-native architectures.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Experience in the Healthcare domain is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI and enterprise analytics solutions is desirable.
