Employment Type: Full time We are looking for an experienced and responsible Mechanical Supervisor to manage the maintenance and mechanical operations of our truck fleet. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance and repair of trucks and commercial vehicles. Diagnose mechanical problems and coordinate timely repairs. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and vehicle servicing. Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff. Ensure trucks are maintained in safe and roadworthy condition. Monitor spare parts, tools, and workshop inventory. Coordinate with drivers regarding vehicle mechanical issues. Maintain proper records of repairs, servicing, breakdowns, and maintenance costs. Minimize vehicle downtime and ensure fleet availability. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Requirements ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.



3–5+ years of experience in truck/fleet maintenance. Experience with heavy commercial vehicles, trucks, or logistics fleets. Good knowledge of diesel engines, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and hydraulics. Ability to manage mechanics and workshop activities independently. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours when required. Salary ₹[Salary] per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
