House of Form is a design-focused architecture and interior design studio delivering contemporary, functional, and premium spaces for residential and commercial clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer who can handle projects from concept development through execution, while maintaining high standards of design, functionality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed layouts.
- Create 3D models, renders, mood boards, and presentation drawings.
- Develop furniture layouts, false ceiling plans, lighting plans, material selections, and interior detailing.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure designs are executed as approved.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity requirements when required.
- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, drawings, materials, and design details.
- Manage multiple projects and meet project timelines.
- Suggest creative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.




- Keep up with current trends in architecture, interiors, materials, and finishes.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit and rendering software is preferred.
- Working knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural and interior construction.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent design skills may also apply.
