Job Summary

BookMyGlow is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to join our growing team. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates, including freshers who want to build a career in sales and business development.

The intern will gain practical experience in lead generation, client acquisition, field sales, customer relationship management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential salons, parlours and beauty professionals.

Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking and other sales activities.

Introduce and explain BookMyGlow's services and subscription plans.

Assist in acquiring new clients and business partners.

Follow up with leads and support the conversion process.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.

Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.

Build positive relationships with potential and existing clients.





Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare regular updates and reports on sales activities.

Learn and apply effective sales and business development techniques.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Male and female candidates can apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.

Willingness to learn sales and business development.

Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

Comfortable with field visits and local travel.

Must have a personal laptop.

Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.

Stipend & Career Opportunity

First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month stipend

After Successful Completion: ₹15,000–₹35,000/month based on performance and sales achievements.

Candidates demonstrating strong performance during the internship may have the chance to continue with BookMyGlow and grow within the sales team.

Certificates & Recognition

Upon successful completion of the internship, eligible interns will receive:

1-Internship Certificate

2-Experience Letter

3-Letter of Recommendation (LOR)
