- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly collection reports, including outstanding and overdue receivables.
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments to minimize outstanding balances and reduce bad debts.
- Ensure customers adhere to agreed credit limits and payment terms and take timely action on overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams to resolve payment delays and customer account issues.
- Monitor customer-wise outstanding and ageing reports and prioritize collections accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, follow-ups, commitments, and payment status.
Pay: ₹10,828.01 - ₹35,000.00 per month
