We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Relationship officer to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, introduce various insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, General), understand client requirements, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective clients daily from provided leads/databases to present insurance plans.
- Product Guidance: Explain policy features, perks, coverage options, and premiums clearly to customers.
- Needs Assessment: Identify client insurance requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential prospects, resolve queries, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly sales/conversion quotas.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
