About the Role

Task Nera is looking for an experienced and driven Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang and React.js to join our core technical team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design, develop, and own end-to-end web applications, scalable backend APIs, database schemas, and CI/CD pipelines.

Note: We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10 to 15 days. The hiring process involves face-to-face (F2F) technical interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- API Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable RESTful API endpoints in Golang.
- Frontend Engineering: Collaborate with frontend teams to craft responsive, user-friendly, and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
- Database Management: Define robust data models and database schemas; manage relational or NoSQL databases ensuring maximum performance and data integrity.
- DevOps & Pipelines: Build, manage, and own automated deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Documentation & Standards: Maintain thorough documentation of system design, setup configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Project Delivery: Provide explicit estimations, accurate task timelines, and deliver quality code reliably.
- Operations: Participate in scheduled on-call rotations to ensure uptime and address critical system issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

- Core Tech Stack: Golang & React.js
- Experience: 6 to 12 years of professional software engineering experience working with medium-to-large complex codebases.
- Location: Based in Bangalore (Onsite attendance required).
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to maximum 15 days notice period.





Technical & Professional Experience:

- Proven hands-on experience in Full Stack development.
- Solid foundation in REST API design and architectural best practices.
- Practical hands-on experience with DevOps concepts and pipelines.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of database systems, AWS Cloud services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Advanced knowledge of React best practices with the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure and deployment tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
- Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
