Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and handle walk-in customers and sales enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.
- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and sales formalities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




- Participate in showroom activities, promotional events, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain proper knowledge of products, features, offers, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 0–1 years of experience in sales; automobile industry experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.

Salary

As per experience and interview performance.
