JOB DESCRIPTION – BENCH SALES RECRUITER

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: Freshers / Experienced Candidates
Location: Chirala
Shift: Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Market and place bench consultants on various client projects and contract positions.
- Work with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients to identify suitable job opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with vendors and clients.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status.
- Submit consultants to relevant job requirements and follow up on submissions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews, offer processes, and onboarding activities.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks to generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions,



interviews, and placements.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of job portals and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility:

- Any Degree / B.Tech / MBA / MCA.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with good communication skills are preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
Shift: Night Shift
Location: Chirala

Pay: ₹10,104.92 - ₹13,000.00 per month
