Position: Speech Therapist

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Timing: Flexible, based on client appointments and centre requirements

Job Summary

Pebbling Pearls Child Development Center is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. The candidate will provide individualized speech, language, communication, and swallowing-related intervention for children with developmental and communication difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct speech and language assessments for children.

* Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.

* Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.

* Work with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and other communication difficulties.

* Monitor and document each child’s progress regularly.

* Communicate effectively with parents and provide home-based intervention guidance.

* Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists, psychologists, behavioural therapists, and other professionals.

* Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary intervention planning.

* Maintain accurate therapy records and documentation.

* Use child-friendly, evidence-based and developmentally appropriate therapy techniques.

* Participate in parent meetings, awareness programs,



and centre activities when required.

Qualifications

* BASLP – Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

OR

* MASLP – Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

* Valid professional registration/certification as applicable.

* Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for working with children.

* Patience, empathy, and a child-centred approach.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Good parent counselling and communication skills.

* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

* Prior experience working with children with developmental difficulties will be an added advantage.
