## Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end operations of the Varanasi and Prayagraj hospitals.

* Monitor OPD, IPD, chemotherapy, radiation referrals, diagnostics and patient follow-ups.

* Improve patient conversion, retention and overall patient experience.

* Establish and monitor operational processes, SOPs and performance standards.

* Coordinate with doctors, nursing, patient counselling, administration, finance, HR and business-development teams.

* Review daily and monthly hospital performance, including revenue, occupancy, patient flow and pending cases.

* Ensure timely patient counselling, estimates, admissions, treatment scheduling and follow-ups.

* Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.

* Manage department heads and ensure ownership, accountability and timely reporting.

* Support recruitment, training and performance management of hospital teams.

* Oversee vendor coordination, infrastructure requirements and resource utilisation.

* Ensure compliance with applicable hospital policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.





* Visit both hospitals periodically and remain available for operational escalations.

## Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 7 years of experience in hospital management or hospital operations.

* Previous experience managing multiple departments or hospital units.

* Strong understanding of OPD, IPD, patient coordination, billing and clinical-support operations.

* Experience in oncology or multi-speciality hospital operations will be preferred.

* Solid leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage teams remotely.

* Willingness to travel regularly to Varanasi and Prayagraj.

* Strong communication, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
