Job Description Position: Student Relationship Executive

Role Overview

The Student Relationship Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, guiding them through the Germany education process, and ensuring a smooth and positive student experience from inquiry to enrolment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle student inquiries related to studying in Germany (courses, universities, intake, fees, visa process).
- Counsel students and parents through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission and visa process.
- Guide students on documentation, application timelines, and required procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, visa, operations) for smooth processing.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate student data and records in CRM or internal systems.
- Address student concerns, queries, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support students during pre-departure and post-admission stages.
- Meet assigned targets for student registrations and conversions.
- Participate in events, seminars, and webinars conducted by YES Germany.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Student-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education (Germany preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple students and deadlines efficiently.
- Comfortable with follow-ups, targets, and performance-based roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
