Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide accurate information about courses, admission processes, eligibility, fees, and scholarships.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admission and operations team for smooth enrollment.

Requirements





- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Experience in education counseling, telecalling, sales, or admission counseling will be an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and social media.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
