We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business, visit potential customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential and existing customers regularly.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Negotiate prices and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors.

Requirements:

- 0-1 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in Textile / Garments / School Uniforms will be an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
