Job Title: Procurement/ Purchase Executive

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Work Arrangement: onsite

Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order generation in JD Edwards software
Complete the PO receipt process
Communicate and update the suppliers with the required information promptly.Handling total correspondence on purchase end.
Material Planning
Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Ware house and Logistics Manager, Assisting Business Manager
Key skills

Customer Service , Invoicing , procurement , Purchase, & Material planning

Skills

A. Bachelor’s degree

B. Minimum 3-5 years of similar working experiences

C. Fluency in spoken and written English.

D. Possess strong MS Office skills.

E. Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
