Job Summary:

We are hiring Star Premium Sales Associates for field sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Eligibility:

12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.

Freshers are welcome.

Candidates with 1–2 years or 2+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Must have a two-wheeler.

Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

Promote products and services to customers.

Achieve monthly and assigned sales targets.

Conduct meetings with painting contractors and relevant customers.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct sales and promotional activities.

Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Regularly visit customers and market locations.

Maintain basic sales reports and follow up with leads.





Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

₹16,000 – ₹18,000

₹2,000 TA + Incentives

1–2 Years Experience:

₹18,000 – ₹21,000

₹2,000 TA + Incentives

2+ Years Experience:

₹19,000 – ₹23,000

₹2,000 TA + Incentives
