We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with accounting practices and statutory regulations across our group entities. We run multiple businesses under a few registered entities, and this role will own the accounting and legal compliance for all of them. Responsibilities:

- Daily accounting of transactions, including stock inward and outward.
- Reconciliation of vendors and customers accounts.
- Processing payments to vendors and managing salary payments.
- Conducting month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing income tax returns and ensuring timely tax filings.
- Filing and reconciling GST returns.
- Collaborating with auditors for annual audits and implementing their recommendations.
- Stock reconciliation and stock audit, including a weekly visit to our shop in Jayanagar.
- Owning accounting and statutory compliance across all our entities — you'll be the single point of accountability for the group, not just one set of books.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.




- Proven experience as an accountant with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Expertise in Zoho Books and QuickBooks Online.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including GST.
- Proficiency in GST return filing and income tax return preparation.
- Comfortable handling multiple entities and keeping each one clean and audit-ready.
