Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate tax matters across a variety of engagements.





- Support engagement planning activities by defining tax service scope, objectives, and methodologies while collaborating closely with client management teams.

- Oversee the calculation, analysis, and delivery of tax planning strategies and recommendations for clients.

- Review and manage preparation of federal, state, local, and international tax returns, estimated payments, and extensions.

- Monitor and apply U.S. tax laws and regulations relevant to client engagements and tax compliance activities.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, networking, and business development support.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise Tax Seniors and Staff through coaching, collaboration, and performance guidance.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support operational efficiencies.

- Manage multiple client engagements and priorities while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.

- Support continuous learning and technical development across the team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required. EA / CPA/ CA Mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. Taxation required.





- Previous experience within a public accounting or professional services environment preferred.

- Strong knowledge of corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring team members preferred.

- Experience working with large, multi-state, or internationally active middle-market clients preferred.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative team environments.

- Flexibility to support additional hours during peak engagement periods as needed.
