We are looking for a skilled QAD Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in QAD ERP implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance modules and be capable of driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and migration of QAD ERP solutions from On-Premise to Cloud/AVS environments.
- Conduct requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution design.
- Configure QAD Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and customizations.




- Resolve critical production issues and provide ongoing system support.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in QAD ERP implementation and support.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Manufacturing
- Inventory Management
- Sales & Purchasing
- Finance (GL, AP, AR)
- Experience in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and process optimization.
- Understanding of QAD EDI and integrations.
- Knowledge of Cloud/AVS environments.
- Basic familiarity with Progress 4GL.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
