Sales Representative – Modular Furniture & Interior Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Representative to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, explain our modular furniture and interior solutions, conduct client meetings, and convert enquiries into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, walk-ins, social media, and market visits.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their furniture/interior requirements.
- Explain products, designs, materials, finishes, hardware, pricing, and services to customers.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up regularly with leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales while maintaining company pricing policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Coordinate with clients until order confirmation and ensure smooth communication during execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in modular furniture, interior design, home décor, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English; Marathi will be an advantage.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in selling modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, furniture, or complete interior solutions.
- Basic understanding of interior materials, laminates, hardware, and finishes.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with designers.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive salary + attractive sales incentives, based on experience and performance.
